Only negative is how the flap that covers the backstraps is attached - it helps make it somewhat complicated to switch between backpack mode and roller mode (unless you are content with just throwing it over one shoulder).I purchased this bag for my son who has to carry all his books everyday and is always misplacing one or the other. His bag is also extremely hefty. Jansport has been awesome. He no longer complains of back pain. He is better organized with books and folders from the various compartments. We like it extremely much. Infact ,i will acquire a smaller version for my daughter.The combination of a backpack and roller is terrific.
